Had my septic line backing up into my tub, stressed to say the least. They were able to get someone out here within 24 hours and quickly resolved the issue. I called probably 8 different plumbers yesterday and this was the only one to both call me back timely and set an actual appointment instead of just saying "tomorrow". Scheduling team was nice to speak to, serviceman was pleasant and knowledgable. I will be keeping this number on hand.

Came home this evening to my basement drain backed up. Called the emergency line and received a call back from the dispatcher in good time!

The serviceman that came out had the drain unplugged and cleared within minutes. Luckily it was just clogged under the floor. Service was great for sure. Definitely would recommend for emergency services and will be using them for my future plumbing needs

We had some very badly ventilated existing plumbing that stopped draining. They tried cleaning it, but it wasn't helping. We came up with a plan to have the entire drain and vent line replaced with proper venting and drainage pipe sizes.

Fair pricing and fantastic work, they did a really good job minimizing the impact on existing finishes and were very professional. Really good attention to detail and the end results speak for themselves. Will definitely hire them again.

I requested repair to a leaky relief valve on the hot water heater and to have the drain cleaned in the lower level of the house (machine and tub.) I spoke to Laura, one of the co-owners, about our personal situation, hoping they could help. Laura was absolutely wonderful, and her crew was very professional in taking care of everything. I overall have had a good experience with the work done by Nichols Pumbing. They did excellent work. As far as estimating costs, there was a lot to be desired. I was verbally quoted around 350-450$ at an initial site visit and the total cost came to 840$. Basically, if you're going to give a quote you have to give yourself some wiggle room because I didn't really have an extra 400$ to hand over that day and my card was charged after a courtesy voicemail same day. Not everyone gets voicemails before 6 pm and not everyone has the financial wiggle room for that.

Hired Nichols to replace our well pump, they sent 2 men to our house who worked for almost 2 hours pulling pipe then they let me know that the well was too deep and they weren’t going to pull the pump or pipe any further. I was working and didn’t pay attention to what they had billed me but they billed for $500 for literally doing nothing ( the hours they listed were also super over inflated) and now we have a ton of sediment in our water and the pump is still not replaced.
